We currently deliver to:

  • Melbourne Metropolitan Area, Inner West, Inner East, Inner South, and Outer East

  • For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before [5 PM local time]

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or remote locations without prior confirmation

We guarantee your flowers will arrive fresh and beautiful. If you're not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Flowers arrive damaged or wilted

  • Incorrect or incomplete orders

  • Late deliveries (excluding circumstances beyond our control)

 

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and a photo of the product

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the delivery date

  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled once processed

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept physical returns.
